Personal Understanding: Love for me as being experienced in my family and other people around me is seen primarily in the way i am accepted by them. In my family, this acceptance of course involves an unselfish act od caring, nourishing and molding me by y parents starting from birth . Love is what i felt and experienced the moment i was being carried and hugged by my parents when i was just a child till the moment when they have to toil for work, for our living and for us children to be educated. i can even identify love with the intimacy i have stablished to my brohter and sister which is bounded by mutual understanding and concern for the other. and finally, love is that which is present in the friendship i experienced with the other people. Love found in friendship is seen with each other's concern for the other as well admitting strong and weak points. Description: Ot describe love, it is not getting but self-giving, of not putting into one's mind what he can get but what he can give. Love is an act that involves sacrifice of one person for the growth of his beloved. Since it requires sacridice, love can be risky, that anytime being hurt is always possible in such a way that you are relating with the other, who is imperfect and from any moment can do mistakes to you. Love is understanding that it is capable of forgiving and not of judging the other. Love is almost giving space for the other's choices and decisions. And love is that which can be measured with the growth of the one being loved. Love is about ones generosity of himself for the sake of the development of the other. Definition: Thus, personally speaking, love is a decision to willingly and unselfishly offer oneself for the growth and betterment of the beloved.
